Le collectif Treu Bèrè Kwenyii a été sélectionné parmi 165 ONG engagés pour faire parti de la liste de Océan Coalition.

Constitué en 2020, le collectif défend et travaille pour l’intérêt des jeunes et de toute la population de l’Île des Pins. En tant que « gardien de l’Île des Pins », il sert de canal d’information pour les Kwenyii et à tous ceux qui sont sensibles aux enjeux sociétaux qui impactent le grand Sud et in fine l’ensemble du territoire.

Océan Coalition regroupe plus d’une centaine d’associations, de fondations, d’entreprises et de personnalités publiques de tous horizons, qui soutiennent déjà la coalition de l’océan et qui sont conscientes du rôle essentiel de l’océan dans nos vies. Des artistes, comédiens, sportifs, actrices, auteurs, activistes, organisations s’unissent derrière une seule volonté : obtenir du pouvoir politique une protection véritable de l’océan dès 2024.

Ensemble, ils appellent le gouvernement français à prendre ses responsabilités et à mettre en place rapidement des actions concrètes pour la préservation de l’océan.

Nos ancêtres avant nous, nous et les générations futures, sommes liés à cet ACTE SACRÉ de respect et d’humilité envers notre mère nourricière, Dame Nature. Nos aînés ont protégé la terre et l’océan, vivant en harmonie avec les cycles de la nature, et c’est ce patrimoine de protectorat que nous souhaitons que chacun s’en investisse.
Nous sommes tous « Les Gardiens’ , nous devons intégrer cette sagesse dans no vies modernes et nous devons agir ensemble, pour défendre ce qui nous a été confié.

The Treu Bèrè Kwenyii Collective Joins the Ocean Coalition

The Treu Bèrè Kwenyii Collective was selected from among 165 committed NGOs to be included in the Ocean Coalition.

Formed in 2020, the collective defends and works for the interests of young people and the entire population of the Isle of Pines. As the “guardian of the Isle of Pines”, it serves as a channel of information for the Kwenyii and all those who are sensitive to the societal issues that impact the great South and ultimately the entire territory.

Ocean Coalition brings together more than a hundred associations, foundations, companies and public figures from all backgrounds, who already support the ocean coalition and who are aware of the essential role of the ocean in our lives. Artists, actors, athletes, actresses, authors, activists, and organizations are united behind a single goal: to obtain genuine protection of the ocean from the political authorities by 2024.

Together, they call on the French government to assume its responsibilities and quickly implement concrete actions for the preservation of the ocean.

Our ancestors before us, we and future generations, are linked to this SACRED ACT of respect and humility towards our nurturing mother, Mother Nature. Our elders protected the land and the ocean, living in harmony with the cycles of nature, and it is this protectorate heritage that we want everyone to invest in.
